We select only the finest cuts of free range pastured pork for our paleo sausages.

We offer two types of Paleo Sausage:

Paleo Farmhouse Sausages

Made using vegetable flakes in place of rusk, along with a blend of herbs and spices.

They are 100% free of any artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives (for the full ingredients list, see the ingredients tab).

Please be aware, as the spices are used as natural preservatives, they have a strong flavour - like a cumberland sausage.

Even if you don't follow a paleo diet, we're sure that once you've tried these super meaty treats, you won't ever want to go back to standard bangers again!

Paleo Salt and Pepper Sausages

As the name suggests, all that is added to these sausages is some salt and pepper, nothing more, nothing less.

Please be aware, that as these sausages are essentially just mince in a sausage skin, they will have a different texture to normal sausages, and may also be prone to discolouration as there are no preservatives or anti-oxidants added.

Ingredients and Allergens

All of our sausages are made with meat from free range pastured animals, free to forage for their natural diet.

Our sausage skins are made from the intestines of our free range pigs.

Farmhouse Sausages

Ingredients: Pork (75%), Water, Vegetable rusk, Salt, Dried Sage, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Ground Coriander, Ground Nutmeg, Dried Thyme, Dried Parsley, Ground Mace, Cayenne Pepper. Filled into pork casings.               

Allergens. May contain - Sulphites, Eggs, Milk, Celery, Mustard.

Salt and Pepper Sausages

Ingredients: Free Range Pork 96%, Salt, White Pepper. Filled into pork casings.

Ensure cooked thoroughly before consumption.

Packaging and Storage

All our meat products are delivered fresh, in conveniently sized vacum sealed packets.

These can be kept in the fridge until the use by date printed on the label, which will be 6 days from the day of delivery.

You also have the option to freeze the packets, which will extend the storage time by 6 months.
