Two great British staples given an East Asian twist
Today we thought we’d share one of our favourite recipes for what is one of our most popular products, our 100% grass-fed organic beef mince.
Our recipe uses 2 fresh chillies, though of course you can adapt this up or down to your own personal taste.
This dish is great served on its own if you’re doing strict paleo or low carb, or served with rice or sweet potato.
It’s very quick and easy to cook, and only uses one pan so hardly any washing up!
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 500g ground (minced) beef
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 red chillies, finely chopped
• Broccoli, chop small
• Bunch spring onions
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten free variety)
• Coriander, chopped
Preheat frying pan to a high heat, add sesame oil and stir fry the beef with the garlic and chilli. After beef is browned add broccoli to the pan and a few tablespoons water (add more as required).
Continue to cook on a high heat, if you have a lid on your frying pan then use this. Once the broccoli has started to cook but still has a bit of crunch add the spring onions and soy sauce for the last couple of minutes cooking time.
Season with salt and pepper, coriander as desired.
