The vast majority of our fish is delivered fresh.
It is usually sourced from local waters, and arrives to us on Thursday morning, to be dispatched to you the same day, arriving Friday morning, ensuring it still has plenty of shelf life.
If you’re not planning on eating it that week, you can freeze the fish, and extend the use by date by 6 months.
Occassionaly, fish sourced from further afield (such as Tuna) may have been frozen at source to preserve it on the journey. If this is the case, it will be stated on the product page, and it is not recommended to refreeze at home, rather it should be cooked before the use by date.
