If your order was completed, you should have received a confirmation number on the confirmation screen.

If you have not seen a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Gmail and Hotmail tend to automatically put all our emails in there, must be all the mentions of pork meat!

Once you’ve found them, please add the address to your safe list/contacts to ensure you receive future communications.

You can also check the status of your orders by logging onto the “My Account” area of the website.
