We select only the finest cuts of free range meat for our gluten free sausages.

We offer several types of gluten free sausages:

*Please note - we have recently changed the recipe for our rare breed and farmhouse sausages back to the original gluten free recipe.

If you have been enjoying the spicier flavour, please try our Paleo Sausages which will continue with this same flavour.

Rare Breed Pork Sausage

Made using a traditional recipe, with real pork and real ingredients, our sausages taste like sausages used to! Hand made and think linked, these are a high quality product that will not disappoint.

Farmhouse Sausage

These hearty sausages contain the same filling as our rare breed pork sausages, but come in a wider skin to produce a fatter sausage. They will satisfy even the hungriest farmer!

Chipolata Sausage

Same great rare breed free range pork mince, but just in a smaller package!

Cumberland Sausage

Using a traditional blend of herbs and spices, our Cumberland sausages stay as close to the original recipe as possible, whilst being gluten free. Rather than being linked into separate sausges, Cumberland's come in one long roll, which can be served whole, or sliced.

Black Pudding Sausage

We have combined our tasty traditional sausage mix, with an old Lancashire favourite - Bury Black Pudding - to make the ultimate breakfast sausage (though it's good any time of the day). Just add bacon!

Even if you have no issue with wheat or gluten, we're sure that once you've tried these super meaty treats, you won't ever want to go back to standard bangers again!

Toulouse Sausages

A special blend of herbs and spices, including thyme, garlic and nutmeg for a truly sensational and succulent sausage. Ooh la la!

Tuscan Sausage

Adding some Italian flare to our repertoir, these sausages use fennel, garlic and cayenne pepper, along with other herbs and spices to create a bela banger. Mamma mia!

Pork and Orgegano

Similar to our standard gluten free sausage but with, you've guessed it, extra oregano. A good choice if you like oregano...

If you just can't decide, pick sausage of the month, and we'll send you our pick of the above. If you add it as part of a recurring order, you'll get a different selection each month (not, if you get more than one delivery within the same calendar month, it will contain the same selection).

Ingredients and Allergens

All of our sausages are made with meat from free range pastured animals, free to forage for their natural diet.

Our sausage skins are made from the intestines of our free range pigs or sheep.

We use a small amount of gluten free sausage burger mix to hold the mince together, and give a traditional sausage like texture and flavour, the ingredients of which are listed below:

Pork Sausages (Rare Breed, Farmhouse, Chipolata Sausages)

Ingredients: Pork (74%), Water, Vegetable rusk, Salt, Rice Flour, Dextrose, Stabilisers (Diphosphates E450), Preservative (E221),(Sulphite), Yeast Extract, Spices, Spice Extracts, Antioxidant (E300), Natural Flavouring, Herb Extracts. Filled into sheep or pork casings.

Gluten Free.

Black Pudding

Ingredients: Pork 64%, Water, GF Black pudding (Water, Rice, Dried Potato, Dried Pork Blood, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Onion, Salt, Mixed Herbs, Pepper, Yeast Extract), Vegetable rusk, Salt, Rice Flour, Dextrose, Stabilisers (Diphosphates E450), Preservative (E221) (Sulphite), Yeast Extract, Flavourings, Spices, Spice Extracts, Antioxidant (E300), Herb Extracts, Colour (Carmine).

Filled into sheep &/or pork casings.

Packaging and Storage

All our meat products are delivered fresh, in conveniently sized vacum sealed packets.

These can be kept in the fridge until the use by date printed on the label, which will be 6 days from the day of delivery.

You also have the option to freeze the packets, which will extend the storage time by 6 months.
