Rare Breed Pork Sausage
Made using a traditional recipe, with real pork and real ingredients, our sausages taste like sausages used to! Hand made and think linked, these are a high quality product that will not disappoint.
These hearty sausages contain the same filling as our rare breed pork sausages, but come in a wider skin to produce a fatter sausage. They will satisfy even the hungriest farmer!

The sausages are made with the highest quality minced grass fed beef or pastured pork with a delicious blend of herbs and seasoning for flavour, and are 100% gluten free.
Even if you have no issue with wheat or gluten, we're sure that once you've tried these super meaty treats, you won't ever want to go back to standard bangers again!

All of our sausages are made with meat from free range pastured animals, free to forage for their natural diet.
Our sausage skins are made from the intestines of our free range pigs.
We use a small amount of gluten free sausage burger mix to hold the mince together, and give a traditional sausage like texture and flavour, the ingredients of which are listed below:
Tomato and Basil
Rice Flour, Salt, Dried Tomato, Herb, Dextrose, Spices, Onion Powder, Leek Powder, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavouring, Spice Extracts.
Pork and Sage
Rice Flour, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Onion Powder, Leek Powder, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavouring, Spice Extracts.
