Our boxes are packed with WoolCool insulating packaging, which come packed with food hygiene standard ice packs. This will ensure your meat stays refrigerator cool for up to 48 hours!

Wool is a great natural insulator, is biodegradable, and to help the environment even further, you can even post it back to us so it can be reused several times!

They are sent out by courier special delivery and are kept refrigerated throughout transit.

Standard delivery is £8.95, however any orders over £150 come with FREE Delivery!

We deliver pretty much anywhere in the mainland UK, and some of the off shore islands (though some may require a small surcharge). Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Ireland.

Individual Orders

Individual orders will be processed and sent out for delivery as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days to ensure we have everything in that you require.

You will receive and email the day before your order is due to be delivered, including a tracking reference number from the courier company so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

What if I’m not going to be in?

If you’re not going to be in when our courier calls, you can arrange to have the box left somewhere safe (a shed, back garden, porch etc) or left with a neighbour by filling in the delivery instructions box on the checkout page.

Please be aware that if you are not in, the box will be left – it will not be returned to the depot, so please ensure you do leave suitable instructions if there is the remotest possibility you will be out.

The box is fine left outside for up to 24 hours, even in summer.

You also have the option to have the box delivered to a different address or your place of work.

Weekly Meat Boxes

Our weekly meat box deliveries are sent out on Thursdays.

All orders placed before 17.00 on Monday will be delivered on Thursday of the same week. Orders placed after 17.00 on Monday will be delivered on the Thursday of the following week.

You will then receive a box every Thursday until you tell us otherwise.

Monthly Meat Boxes

Our monthly meat box deliveries are also sent out on Thursdays.

All orders placed before 17.00 on Monday will be delivered on Thursday of the same week. Orders placed after 17.00 on Monday will be delivered on the Thursday of the following week.

Subsequent orders will be sent out once a month, on Thursdays, on the same time scale after your account has been debited.
